My goal is to make your cake the best part of your party or event. Who cares what it looks like if it doesn’t taste good! I make all my own frostings and fillings and use only the best tasting fondant “Satin Ice.” The following menu is an example of some of my most popular cake requests.
Strawberries and Cream
White cake layered with tart and sweet strawberry sauce, strawberry filling and lots of real whipped cream. Covered with strawberry cream cheese frosting.
Caramel Praline
Ooey, gooey carmalized pecans baked into the top of each layer of yellow cake, covered in dreamy creamy whipped cream frosting.
Mandarin Orange and Pineapple Cream
Fruity and light. Mandarin oranges in the cake and pineapple in the light, fluffy frosting.
The Turtle
Chocolate cake smothered in homemade caramel and chopped pecans, and vanilla custard. Covered in either chocolate or vanilla cream frosting.
Cookies and Cream
Chocolate and vanilla cake layered with cookies, vanilla and chocolate custard. Covered with Cookies and Cream frosting.
The Chocolate Covered Strawberry
Chocolate cake layered with vanilla custard and lodes of fresh strawberries. Covered in vanilla frosting and then smothered in chocolate gnache. Then topped with several freshly dipped chocolate covered strawberries.

This cake is split down the middle with one side dark and one side light. The light side is dark chocolate cake with vanilla custard filling and vanilla frosting. And the dark side is vanilla cake with chocolate custard filling and chocolate frosting. This is a great cake for a surprise party. Everyone is always happy!

More like a brownie than a cake. Thick chocolate cake full of walnuts, marshmallows and coconut, covered with chocolate and walnut frosting.
